TRAVEL DEVIATIONS
Convention Travel is able to assist with reservations of alternative flights and/or other travel arrangements. A service charge from $55 per person for land arrangements and $100 per person for flight deviations will be charged. 

BOOKING AMENDMENT -  FEES
Up to 90 days before departure there will be an administration charge of $55 per person for land arrangements and $100 per person for flight changes plus any airline or third party fees.  Within 90 days of departure, an administration charge of $150 plus any airline or third party fees will apply to all amendments.
